My federal Constitutional rights under the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, and Eighth Amendment were violated by the State of Oklahoma. I spoke at a school board meeting about the bible and debate class, then two Norman policemen were sent to find me at a house on the next day. They banned me from school board meetings. After the policemen departed, I reported the statutory misdemeanor crime to Attorney General Drummond with specific reference to Oklahoma Open Meeting Act Section 314, accompanied by evidence in the form of a certified letter from Norman Public Schools. I received no response whatsoever. Weeks later, uniformed policemen from the same police department pulled up my boxers while abducting me from a bathroom at the same address while another uniformed policeman pointed a drawn weapon downward. They did not process it like a lawful arrest, and I was injected to unconsciousness without any entry interview at the mental hospital where they took me. I objected verbally to the policemen and to the injectors. They injected me more times and did not give me paperwork documenting the injections. At no point was I booked, nor was I charged with crime, nor was I taken before a judge. I was in state custody for over two weeks without charge and without a mugshot, and then, at the end of that illegal detention, I was released without shoes at a homeless shelter. The State of Oklahoma breaks state and federal law under color of law. Red Rock Cares Foundation operates illegally in Oklahoma. I checked with the Internal Revenue Service and saw that Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is not the name of any registered 501(c)(3) entity in Oklahoma. The State of Oklahoma formally does illegal drug business and systematically violates civil rights with a private entity that has misrepresented itself using a logo of the State of Oklahoma beside the name of a state agency on its main website. The International Children’s Bible is a paraphrasing sold by Thomas Nelson as something else; I spoke at a school board meeting as instructed by Ruhollah. The State Election Board illegally denied my electoral right to contest the candidacy of Gentner Drummond despite the thousands of dollars that I paid for that statutory right under 26 OK Stat § 5-118. Oklahoma participates in Republican cronyism that prevents it from being called out before the whole country for its dysfunction and police crime. I accused Paul Ziriax to OSBI of 21 OK Stat § 452 misdemeanor fraud after observing election tampering with my filing at his office on April 07, 2026.
